[담당업무] • Job Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits (Payroll, Social Insurance, Account settlement operation) Performance & Rewards management Talent acquisition HR administration (Local reporting, HRM, HRIS) Be responsible for providing sound HR advice to the Branch to support decision making on HR issues
[자격요건] Bachelor’s degree or above Excellent communication skills in of both written and spoken English (Mandatory) or in Japanese (Preferred) 1+ year of C&B experience (Must) Experience in Workday (Preferred) Attention to detail & willing to go the extra mile Strong interpersonal skill
